hi my mate has just bought a yamaha ty80 whitehawk and would like some info on the bikes, does anyone have any contacts for spares for the bikes and he was also wondering on how much the bike would be worth roughly

All the Yam bits can be got from JK Hirsts in Yorkshire,or John Cane at Trail and Trials.As for the Whitehawk specific bits E-Bay or whatever you can find on the net.I'm sure someone will have better ideas but the 2 I suggested are a good start.As for what its worth,I guess alot depends on its condition and how much someone wants it.Its very easy to spend more on a bike than its worth,I paid

I bought six TY80's a few months ago (little rough, but mostly there) for $300.00. Built 2 very pretty ones from them and had no trouble selling them for $600 each. Sold another running but not pretty for $350.

Once you get over 70 or 80 pounds you are to heavy for the bike.
