July 16, 200917 yr Hi All. I would very grateful if anyone help me a slight problem with the headstock bearing on an 07 scorpa SY. Whenever I compress the forks with the front brake on I can feel and see a slight bit of movement at the top of the headstock. Is this easily fixed ?..I have never had to adjust headstock bearings before so any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.
July 16, 200917 yr Sounds like they've gone south! Does the headstock creak aswel? Just had mine done, started creaking and moving the other week. never done them myself either so got my dealer to do it along with other things that needed doing.
July 17, 200917 yr Hi mate Look this may sound stupid but it happened to my 07 scorpa, Check the bolts at the bottom of the handle bar clamps .. I had slight movement in them and it felt like under brakes it was headstock bearing play .. hope that helps
