bdmc Posted August 18, 2009 Report Share Posted August 18, 2009 If you reported it to the secretary of the trial on the day it happened, tthe secretray should have snt an accident report form to the insurers with all the details. witness etc, what was injured) The clerk of course should also have been informed. The Insurance company should then send you a form of which you fill in details. You should also keep the secretary up to date on what has happened.
