I've stripped and broken off the Pre Load screw on the rear suspension, how do I fix this and should I continue riding

    Are you refering to the screw that controls the rebound damping? Or are you refering to the two rings that ride on threads carved into the outside of the shock body which are used to adjust spring preload?
