noel063
Hi Trialers, I'm upgrading my Sherpa m159 and one of the mods I want to do is to change the front mudguard along the lines of those carried out by a lot of the Spanish twinshock riders. any ideas on which brackets I could use would be a great help. woody
They use the clamps and bracket from a late 90s Gas Gas. (Montesa and Beta used the same type of set up, same type of clamps but their brackets were different from the Gas Gas - the Spanish bikes look like they use the Gas Gas bracket) The cost of these used to be reasonable but they are a crazy price now, over
noel063
Thanks for the info Woody. Do you know any reliable suppliers?
woody
If you mean for the clamps and bracket, any GasGas dealer or GasGas themselves. The same type of parts were fitted to Sherco, Beta and Montesa as well so you could also try dealers for those bikes too. Maybe cheaper than the GasGas items which are now very pricey.
