    The first sections differ between 250 and 350 and the bends can differ slightly. As long as the silencer is the same

  10. You can always cut the tiller off and get an engineering shop to mill a flat surface for you. I used Suzuki dr bar mounts here

  12. The swing arm bushes you have are original fitment and a right pain to remove. Upgrade them .

    Paint technology has moved on since then. As mentioned above if you damage it then touching up is easier. In the end it's personal preference

  18. Find the Bultaco Manuel Solar site and you will find diagrams on there. There are some good photos on flickr as well. I had the same problem as you so I worked it out using these together.

  20. Have a look at the What did you do to your Bultaco today post and you will see my foot peg mod and top yoke mod. Hope it helps
  21. You may have just answered your own question. Seals are inexpensive and easy to do.
  22. It looks very much like my M183 frame. The number would be on the headstock but it has quite a bit of rust on it.

  25. hi pschrauber I seem to remember you modified a clubfoot exhaust and had photos showing the inside modifications. do you still have them to share? I did send you a message but you can't except them at the moment. Many thanks Noel
