January 30, 200521 yr Where can I get hold of some small bore vent tubing, the same as is used on carbs. I'm guessing the ID size is about 3mm, I've tried all the local DIY shops etc but no joy. Thanks in advance guys
January 30, 200521 yr Hi...... The vent tube I got on my gas gas carb I got from a pet shop for the air pumps on fish tanks or you can try to get hold of some fuel tube for a engine powered model car
January 30, 200521 yr Like Trials lad said use fuel tubing from RC cars, they are resistant to petrol and nitro fuel (if you feel like giving your bike rocket power ). Remember to order the right size though 2mm. Lloyd
January 30, 200521 yr I get it at the auto parts store. Lots of small vent lines in modern cars. Or remember to grab a handfull if your at a junkyard (breakers). The last bunch I got, I just reached into a Honda Civic and yanked out a fistfull. Bear in mind, though, that it is vent line. It's not meant to be in constant contact with fuel.
