December 29, 201015 yr I'm selling my 2006 Gas Gas 200 and I need to ship it across the country. How should I go about doing this? I'm looking for the cheapest possible way. Thanks! There is a Trucking Co. called "Forward Air". Call them as they have pretty good rates door to door.
December 30, 201015 yr Try your local motorcycle shop.If you have it crated and ready to go they should beable to give you a quote on shipping it from the shop to the buyers house or his local shop.
December 30, 201015 yr Check with Adrian at Lewisport and see if he has a spare crate you can from him. Forward air works pretty good- here you have to take the crate to them and it has to be picked up at the doc.
January 3, 201115 yr I think i have a box. You still need one? Also I use Foreward air all the time. Cheapest way to go. I just paid $108 from Tx.

Bike has to be empty of fuel and oil, antifreeze? but who checks that?
