Please excuse my ignorance but as a novice when it comes to wiring (and a fool who deleted some of the photos of how it came apart), but

should there be two wires to the thermostat and in the photo above am I wiring it up OK?

I seem to have got as far as one wire to it and have a yellow and a red left?

any ideas

if i mind right i dont think the yellow ones go there.

I've got an 02' Pro which should be just about the same (Kokusan CDI and in-line thermoswitch). I'll pull my tank off a little later today and give you the color coding and take a photo if that will help.
