Your Normal bog standard spark plug would probably not even wear out under your ownership of the bike but it will get sooted/oiled up in a two stroke and so will your iridium plug so your still going to have to change it every so often.

Chris, You should really try the iridium plug. I know you're not convinced, but at least give it a try, at

I noticed a difference straight away too when I put mine i on Sunday. Strange thing though was the guys who were with me noticed a better exhaust note and less smoke too.

Bike now ticks over at about 75 rpm too :wacko:

I put mine in for the trial on sunday and the bike did seem really smooth and had nice pick up , and i thought it sounded different but i thought it was just me , maybe it did then ! but all in i thought
