April 17, 201115 yr Has anyone changed fork seals on the 125 Scorpa? it is the TYS with cable clutch,is it straight forward to do, can I just pull the bottoms off in situ without removing the whole leg from the yokes ?? Thanks. I believe they are different forks to the hyd clutch bikes.

Thanks. I believe they are different forks to the hyd clutch bikes. they are pretty straight forward, if you can get the top cap off without it hitting the bars you can leave the leg on but it will be a pain to fill it with oil tho. I would say its worth taking the leg off. 1. slacken top cap 2. remove front wheel 3. slacken triple clamp 4. remove leg 5. remove top cap 6. drain oil 7. remove bottom bolt 8. remove spring assembly 9. seperate stantion from the bottom (the seal willcome with it) 10. change the seal 11. refit stantion 12. tap seal into place using seal driver or old seal 13. refit bottom bolt 14. insert spring assy 15. fill with oil to req level 16. refit top cap 17. refit leg 18. refit front wheel 19. ride up some massive waterfall clean with brazil's female beach volleyball team watching 20. reap the rewards not sure what year your bike is but if it 08 or newer the oil levels are HERE
April 18, 201115 yr I've done the fork seals on the 125 without dropping the fork legs. Be careful with the dust seal as they're mega expensive to replace...
