Hi all, can someone tell me what the best settings would be for the adjusters on the top of my front forks.

I have a gas gas 250 txt 1999 and i have a red screw and a black screw with + and - on the top. They are

both fully wound in at the moment and i`m not sure if thats right?

    From the very limited experiance I have they should if anything be wound all the way out. With a few clicks in on the rebound.

    From there it depends on your riding style and terrain.

    Of course I stand to be corrected!
