Hi all I've been out on my dads sherco 06 290 and the clutch is so smooth. Then I went on my bike 06 125 and when I use the clutch in medium to high revs the bike shudders and vibrates

We both use the same oil (gro)

Does anyone know what I could do?

Check how flat the steel plates are & look at the fingers on the clutch basket for notches as well as the grooves in the hub.

If the basket has notches worn in it you can dress them with a file, biggest problem with doing that is that it is very hard to remove the same amount from each finger. Much easier to replace the basket, rivets & cush drive rubbers etc, from memory not too expensive at around 50 pounds
