Update...

Fitted new regulator tonight.

YES ive now got a feed.

Also replaced carb float needle valve and set float up using info on the forum.

Ran bike in rear garden and seems all ok. Will give it a better test at the weekend.

Big thank you to all who shared there bike knowledge and prevented me from taking it to a local dealer and paying an arm and a leg.

Tinkering is just as important as riding. If you don't fettle your beast it will give you problems.

Next you can strip and grease/renew swingarm bearings etc to keep that bit in good nick too.

Bike / carb now runs brilliant. Starts 1st time / every time and hasnt dumped any fuel since carb adjustment / new float valve.
