mattyboy
hi Guys, Can anyone tell why how and why the rear tyre comes off my 2012 repsol,i'm running 3.5 to 4 psi with a Michelin X11. I've been taken the orange paint off the inside off the rim and used PVA glue to seal the rim and left 30 psi for two to three days. but came off today whilst riding. Any help please Thanks
finn
You might have duff tyre their, I had the same problem with an IRC, changed it for an XLight - no more problems. I do now use a bead seal made by putoline and its very good.

digger144
check that it is a tubeless tyre & not a tube type
andy jack
We have had the same problem with montesa rear wheels, piddocks swapped a rear wheel on a bike we bought from them as the tyre (x11)kept coming off the rim.We also had the same trouble with the spare wheel(brand new montesa wheel) which had a new Irc on it.Did half a trial the tyre went down on its own then came off the rim as I tried to get back to the van to pump it up.Think the irc tyres don't fit as well on the rim.
