hello !!!

I'm about to put back my clutch cover on my bike, 280 - 03. And i found a washer on the floor.... i know that it belongs on the kick axel, but i don't know if it's inside the clutch cover or outside of the clutch cover behind the kickstart pedal base ? Does anyone know ?????
