Tlr Or Rtl Drum Brakes

The TLR and RTL machines had a rear drum brake with the nipples attached at the drum end.

Were they unique to these models or were they fitted to other bikes.

...only the Rtl tubeless type wheel had nipples attached in the hub.

The earlier Rtl and Tlr 250 shared the same hub. (Bloody good hub too).

The Tlr 200 had a different hub altogether. Cush drive type.

The only exception as far as I know is one of Eddie Lejeunes last works bikes which had a drum brake/tubeless tyre arrangement ( with spoke nipples at the drum end as you describe) just before he got discs on it.

Unless I've read your question wrong I think that's correct.
