Hey guys, my lad snapped the end of the rear brake pedal off.

I've brought a replacement one, but struggling like hell to undo the old one, I'm scared stiff I'm going to strip the Allen bolt.

Any tips would be appreciated.

Hi - if it's the same as 2012 the Allen bolt passes through the frame and screws into the internal thread of a bush that fits into the lever pivot. This bush has an external nut at the rear that needs a 19mm spanner to hold or undo.

On the older molder there is a sort of hollow bold which drops inside and over the brake pedal. I think it is the same on the new bike.

So unscrew it from the backside (side of the engine)
