On my uncles 1998 beta techno there is a small black box under the header tank bolted to the frame with one yellow wire coming out of it.

What does it do? just wondered if it varies the power supply to the fan or lights or somthing?

The fans power lead (yellow one) is conected directly to the yellow wire coming from the engine is this ok? or does the black box thing need to be joined in somewhere, to stop the fan being blown up or something?

Any one got a wiring diagram i could have?

The black box thingy is the fan voltage regulator.

so just join the wire in with the other 2?

so theres a bunch of all 3 wires joined together?
