March 22, 201511 yr does any one know the size for a Sherpa steering head bearing number or sizes dave renham.bultaco uk(in motion) do direct replacement taper rollers,no modifications to anything.i think there 25x45x12 but not 100 percent on the od.pyramid parts also do a compatable bearing too.
March 31, 201511 yr Got mine from In Motion, good upgrade. i used a scaffold tube to drift the bottom inner race onto the tree, worked a treat.
April 1, 201511 yr I once tried to buy some at a bearing shop over here in Australia and I was told that they did not have that size on their lists of tapered bearings. They did not come that narrow only in a wider size. I mean the height of the bearing. It may be different over there. The In Motion ones are good and they are cheap compared to the bearings over here.
