Obviously not, but what is the second one?

 

Just bought a 2005 SY250. Never had a trials bike before so If a search doesn't reveal an answer I apologise in advance for what might seem obvious to the more experienced.

    Could be, but as I said, I new to this and don't have a scooby. It looks just like a valve stem (diameter, threaded) but about 25mm long and without a valve cap. It diametrically opposite the valve stem. I know a pic would be obvious, but I don't have the bike in my possession yet
