I suspect the CDI has gone on my 02 rev 3, but with no way of testing it I don't want to splash the cash until im certain. I purchased a CDI complete with coil and CDI and this is what i' ve received.This doesn't look standard equipment to me as its much different to what I have, and have seen for sale elsewhere. I know they had a set up like this on the earlier Techno, and im happy to run with it if I can get it wired up to what I already have. The CDI/ COil does have these symbols which I assume indicates which wire does what.This is what I have currently

I think the reason you're not getting any answers is that doesn't look like any Beta ignition I've seen. The markings on the coil are just a stylized logo of the letters CDI.
