Hi all I've just got my 1st trials bike the loom has being cut looking for help to get the bike running it's a beta techno 250 1997 thanks mark

I think you will need to give a bit more detail than "cut" if anyone is to offer sensible advice.

Hi m8 there is some plugs on the loom and some cut off AV got a plug from the magneto then there is a brown/white wire and a red/white the there is a plug on the cdi then there is a single blue wire there is no plug on the coil it's got a black and a black/white then AV got a wee box which has a single yellow wire then there is the fan there is a green wire that comes from the thermostat that a think is an earth then a yellow wire hope that all makes sense thanks mark

If a could get a good wiring diagram a would m8 just can't get hold of 1 that u can read

AV got most ov it done a think just not sure what wire from the kill switch go to the red/white and what the blue wire from the cdi is for and where the box with the single yellow wire is for

Blue from CDI goes to frame / earth.  Yellow lead from box connects to yellow from stator,( another yellow is split from this to power the fan circuit )  one kill switch wire goes to red / white the other goes to frame / earth

That's the bike just about done just 1 wee thing left and a can't find it can't find the bleed nip for the clutch can some 1 help out with this

Thanks m8 need to get 1 like that the 1 it's in has not got the nipple on top it's the same as the 1 from the brakes

Just that to get bleed the back brake and find out how the cdi sits in then that's me ready to start kicking it over
