n_collins Posted June 12, 2016 Report Share Posted June 12, 2016 Hi, I have a 03 sy250 and i was wondering what special tools would i need to take apart the engine to give it a full rebuild? i have attempted it without these tools but it was impossible. any links to where i could get these tools in uk or ireland would be great thanks. bilks Posted June 13, 2016 Report Share Posted June 13, 2016 (edited) Need to buy or make or adapt a 3 bolt flywheel puller.for the flywheel and it's not the same as a TYZ which just screws into the flywheel. axulsuv Posted June 15, 2016 Report Share Posted June 15, 2016 Hate to be rude BUT !!! if you don't know what you need to do the job , or the experience to do it , save your self alot of frustration and money and pay a pro to do it ! Why pay a pro when you can do it yourself and learn more about your bike while doing so? Well that's just how I look at it anyway. I have other bikes to ride so I'm in no rush either.
