November 18, 20169 yr That sounds like the sort of lining i use for my tlr 250 and i've been told it's for fork lifts, so it's made for a harsh environment ie oil grease and other things that may be on a factory floor the lining is not oil and grease proof. it is designed to operate a low speed and low temperature. try bringing a drum braked trials bike to a halt quickly from road speed and feel the brake fade!
November 19, 20169 yr It seems to work pretty good on my TLR & is great when wet! the forklift drivers i see in factories & on the Wharves go a lot faster than my TLR!
