While cleaning the bike (Combat Ice Hell 250) a few weeks ago I noticed that the black plastic muffler cover was rubbing and damaging the fuel tank. When looking from the back of the bike: bottom left corner of the cover.

And to prevent a leaking fuel tank I removed some material from the cover and glued a small piece of rubber (from an old inner tube) to the tank . Just checked and no further damage to the tank, so that's good.

Yep, here it is..

As mentioned I removed a bit of the black plastic. The rubber was replaced with carbon sheet, just visible in the picture

thanks I shall have a look at mine next time I get it out 

I've just checked mine and you can see where it has just started to rub so thanks for the Post ?.
