Hi , I’m having endless trouble with my 2014 Sherco st 300 formula front oem brakes . In a nutshell they are pure crap . I’ve stripped and meticulously cleaned , and light sanding of pistons ( which one was only working ) no more sticking , but still the same spongy lever and no better ( and properly bled ) is the ms the problem, anyone here have the same issue

During that time, riders would keep the old AJP`s and put the Formula`s on the old bikes. The best fix is find a used set of AJP`s.  I am running 2005 AJP`s on my `16 as the Brak Tec`s are marginally better.

 I agree about the braktec front master cylinder. My 2015 cota 260 wont hold pressure either. I have wanted to do the honda motocross bike master cylinder mod like the repsol team uses for a while now. I wish it was easier to get the correct line for the mod. I purchased a line from spain and was sent something that was not compatible , so I threw it the rubbish bin and gave up.
