It's where one of the entrences used to be to the largest fighter training range in the free world... saw a firepower demonstration there when I was stationed at nellis... Hard to imagine just whats out there !!... I'm sure you've heard of the area #. But back in the early 80's there were only about 10,000 permanant residents in L.V., not a million like today, so they may not play out there as much now.
