Any of have experience with an air leak like this on a 4spd Bultaco ,base of the cylinder, I’ve already replaced the gasket with fresh yamabond to little improvement.5psi drops to 1psi in 5 minutes.Thanks!🙂

    Get rid of the sealant and replace the base gasket. Make one if you are that way inclined. They are easy to make or just splurge and buy one!

    Thankyou,The original was lightly greased.I carefully cleaned everything and installed a  NEW  gasket with Yamabond to try and eliminate the possibility of a leak there.Still leaking.I’m suspecting some porosity as I have found two tiny pinholes in that leak in the casting itself since posting this. Thanks!🙂
