Thankyou,The original was lightly greased.I carefully cleaned everything and installed a NEW gasket with Yamabond to try and eliminate the possibility of a leak there.Still leaking.I’m suspecting some porosity as I have found two tiny pinholes in that leak in the casting itself since posting this. Thanks!🙂

Any of have experience with an air leak like this on a 4spd Bultaco ,base of the cylinder, I’ve already replaced the gasket with fresh yamabond to little improvement.5psi drops to 1psi in 5 minutes.Thanks!🙂

So , as original Mahle piston pin clips are getting a little thin on the ground at my house,have any of you guys found any user friendly easy to obtain modern replacements? For the 250 and 350?id like to stock up.Thanks! 🙂👍

Asking for a friend...for those who by necessity or design choose to install a mikuni carb on an earlier Alpina or Sherpa T what have you found to adapt the airbox side 1.75"o.d. carb flange to the 2" i.d. rubber airbox intake hose ?Thanks Alpthusiast?

Try a new condensor, you can mount an automotive condensor under the gas tank on the horn mount.

Hello Gentlemen, I am from the USA and I am seeking some information regarding the Homerlight tanks as fitted to your U.K. Sherpa T's. In the photo's below can you tell me what the differences in the right side panels are for. That is which tank fits what?
