teammotobuild Posted September 11, 2021 Report Share Posted September 11, 2021 Hello...I've had a couple Gas Gas bikes...mostly older, my abilities are growing and I just sold my 06 Raga 300. I've found, not anywhere close to me, a couple bikes...one a 2012 txt 300 pro which is in the price range (3's) but a literal day drive away...then a 2019 Gas Gas 300txt racing...which is close to 2k more in asking price and in the 5's. My question is this....for a bike I want to ride and grow with is the minty 2019 THAT much better than the really really nice shape 2012 as far as performance and bike for the money. Past about 06 my GasGas lineup knowledge is murky at best. Thanks for the help....btw...if someone has a nice bike in the Northern Illinois range, lemme know. Looking. faussy Posted September 11, 2021 Report Share Posted September 11, 2021 The only differences between the 2 are the keihin vs dellorto carb, marzocchi vs tech front suspension and the sachs vs ohlins rear suspension.. Engine and frame are indentical performance wise, minus the keihin providing a little better carburettion.
