Think all major brands have some

If you sometimes bash your hands then armoured MX gloves work too.

i might have a look around there next time i think they have a shop in town

Mechanix gloves for me, I prefer them over the MTB gloves I've tried so far (I have a big pile of crappy MTB and MX gloves, the Mechanix ones are always the ones that sit on top of the stack, lol)

I"ve tried all sort of glove over the years including mechanix glove to finaly buy trials gloves, after 4 or 5 rides I bought a spare pair. They are light, tacky enough to have good control on the handlebar but not enough to get me in trouble like the mechanix glove did. Just my experience.

How did the Mechanix gloves get you in trouble? Too much grip, or not enough?
