November 30, 20223 yr Sorry for asking again, as I can see that there are many questions, answers and opinions about various vans, and car variants for transporting trials bikes. But before making a purchase, for clarity, do members on the forum reckon that a trials bike will fit inside a Peugeot Partner Tepee. (And not a WAV vehicle). The ones I am looking at are the shorter type wheelbase car type variant. Many thanks
November 30, 20223 yr Yes, would be OK I believe, as with Fiat Doblo, Renault Kangoo, Citroen Berlingo which have often been used as trials transport.
December 1, 20223 yr I've got a 2019 Berlingo k9 swb van. Bike fits like a glove on a diagonal. Even fitted a little pod so I can have a cuppa tea when I ride.
December 1, 20223 yr I regularly use a Citreon Berlingo MPV for trials, sometimes with camping gear as well, mines a 2009, a flat loading area, once the rear seats are removed with a drop where the rear passenger legs go, which the front wheel drops into! The rear seats are rarely used these days. Lots of rings to attach straps to keep the bike in place, I just have to use a strap to compress the front forks a little to get it in, I have a 2018 Beta 300 and Gas Gas Pampera both fit in (I've not tried both at the same time) @gazzaecowarrior love the kitchen pod Mick
