Make your own Oset 20 LifePO4 Pack

Hello guys,
I created a 15aH LifePo4 Battery for the OSET of my son.
At equivalent capacity, 10aH, the Lifepo4 will give better autonomy than the original lead batteries because the efficiency is much higher (95% against 60%)...
I chose LifePo4 cells because they are safer than Li-ion (no risk of explosion or fire).

Now my son can run x3 time longer and we won 8kg on the bike !

Please find in the attached file the full procedure if you want to create your own too. I put all the link to buy the components.

Then all the setting for the BMS are explained in the attached file too.

I chose this ELERIX brand because it fits into the bike once assembled, but also because we have the guarantee of the quality of the cell.
When you buy from China, there is a lot of chance of buying cells that are already used and with less efficiency (it should be Grade A).

Hope this could help you :)
