jwatkiss
Hi all, my name is Joe, from Cannock, Staffordshire. Just purchased an 06 rev 3. Got it fully stripped to address a few issues here and there but will be back together by the end of the week, fingers crossed. Looking for local advice on any winter trials practice or beginner events around the Midlands/Peaks/Dales. I am going to give Dave Lewis a bell about Penkridge, but thought I'd ask here in the meantime. Cheers !
arthritic
A day at Trials Day will be worth 6 months of practicing by yourself. I've no link with the business but spent half a day there as an Xmas gift and it was a great confidence booster for a beginner. https://www.trials-school.co.uk/

lemur
People do teach & help other riders and even provide riding areas for free. Observed Trials competition events are where you will meet those people.
jwatkiss
Good to know, I'm coming from a background with some experience of green lanes and enduro type events, where places to ride are getting harder and harder to come by. This is good to hear Edited September 13, 2023 by jwatkiss
