I’m having the exact problem with my brake. Very helpful video.
stou
I bought a master and a hose on Amazon for little less than $50. It took something like 30 min to install and bleed with a syringe and it work very well. I really can't see why the AJP is not working! The only thing I can see is the seal on the piston. There's something strange on my AJP. There's 2 holes location. But on one of them, I can't see any hole. I tried with guitar string and it's like there's no hole. I will check again tomorrow. Thanks!
stou
I finaly found it. The second hole, the one for the oil line was really blocked. It's so small that I had tu use the smalest guitar cord and even with that it was difficult to pass in the hole. I'm waiting for a sight glass I ordered from UK (I'm in Canada) and when I'll receive it, I'll rebuild it and put the AJP back on the OSSA! Thanks Tr1AL for that video, it helped a lot! lemur
I bet when you push the brake pucks back into the calliper fluid will now go back up into the reservoir, if you did that first it might have cleared the hole.
