Ok, if i tell you this you've got to promise not to tell anyone........

Go to Wickes DIY and by a six foot length of the shed guttering down tube in dark brown approx 2 inch in diameter. Cut it to the length of the fork leg and then cut a 3/4 inch strip out of it top to bottom. Cover it in carbon fibre look-a-like and hey presto. I've done it to mine and it works real well but sorry to say I hav'nt got the digi photos to prove it. The only down side is that it doesnt flare out to cover the fork seals.

Thats it ive told you now, everyone will be doing it !!!

done this a while back but mine go right up to the yolks and wrap right roung the bottom protectecting the all of the fork sprayed black and held on with cable ties or insulation tape. shaped them on a elctric convector heater . howerver broke one back along but ive seen those plastic ones on ebay broke
