lemur
Did it leak out where you can see it or inside the engine casings?
lemur
Determine if your clutch operates on DOT brake fluid or thin Oil Determine if the problem is in the Master cylinder, brake line or Slave cylinder Replace parts and install is fairly easy requiring very few special tools outside of possibly a big plastic medical type syringe similar to in the picture below Easiest way to fluid fill is generally from the bottom bleed vent screw

I managed to ride back to truck. i found a burn mark on line by the exhaust pipe and lower was wet on line towards clutch cover. i opened master cylinder ( mineral oil) and was empty. I just sold my KTM 300 so have changed out my clutch line before but on the Gas Gas do I just unscrew the line from clutch cover and master up top and replace then use syringe to force mineral oil from bottom up? mahalo! riding on Oahu🤙🏾
lemur
🤙🏾 I was there for a month trying to rent and ride there but sadly it never happened. Terrain looked awesome for trials riding in places I'm sure you're not allowed to ride. Edited June 2 by lemur
faussy
Had this happen to one of my ggs years ago. Once fixed you need to tie the clutch line to one of the down tubes where the exhaust comes out with a zip tie. As for rebleeding, what you have described is correct. There should be a bleed nipple on the banjo where it enters the clutch casing. Just bleed like you would a brake cylinder
