July 2, 200620 yr see pictures for result's A big thank's must go to the Abergavenny Club for putting on a great trial in what must have been a very difficult week for the club .
July 2, 200620 yr Chris Stay cleaned section 5 on his second lap but his back wheel touched the tape when he was jumping the bike around the final corner so he was given a 5 after what he thought was the first clean on that section. He was so upset that he rode the next section and forgot to get his punch card stamped, not one of the 6 remaining observers or Chris noticed this and he handed in his card with section 6 not marked. He was therefore given 10 points for missing the section, but still won his class by 1 point from Duncan mcDonald. Could this be one of the dumbest misstakes ever maid in the British trials championships
