White Smoke

recently i done a trial and i took the carb off to clean it and when i start it up now lots of white smoke comes out of the exhaust and the engine could anybody help ?

Probably nothing to do with the carb!

Might be the head gasket gone and it is drawing coolant in and blowing it out as steam, this happened to me on a Scorpa!
If you can't beat em......get stickier tyres!!

As GIZZA said sounds like water getting in the combustion chamber and making steam, check your coolant level and see if its low, be worth checking your plug as well encase the bikes running very lean.

What does it smell like ? You will be able to smell the oil if its a crank seal and it will be blue rather than white smoke .

I once rebuilt a carb but left the pilot jet on the bench, it started but blew clouds of smoke out of the back.

now I thought I was the only person daft enough to do this..................
