Just managed to get a nice GB motor, but it has no clutch, covers,etc

Has anyone fitted a belt primary ? pref with electronic ignition.

hey,
i did just that
the clutch is superb and belt drive works perfect just bolt on and forget
ignition same thing it takes 20 min to fit and works well

Yes, Pete Kirby's clutch is superb. Belt drive, no oil, can be as light or heavy as you like on the lever as it is a diaphragm type and can be set up accordingly. And will take the abuse if you ride it in that fashion.

and it is a lot cheaper than the neb clutch and no need for special axles in the gearbox
