Hello i'm new and dont know wich rear & front tire to put on my trial. I generaly ride on a hard underground when the wether is dry. the bike: Beta Rev 3 4-stoke - 2008. Thanks & greathing Luc from Belgium.

Which trials bike do you think was the best bike of its time as in was it really revolutionary; the introduction of the monoshock, first 2 stroke, the first chasis less bike? Whatever your reason which one and why? Obviosuly owning one i think it was the 1984 Yamaha ty250 with the first mono-shock, but hopefuly your not all as selfish as me!!! Rich

So bikes are getting good press right now with Carl Fogerty winning Im a celebrity get me out of here. So will / should Dougie go for the programme in the future ?. Is this the exposure our sport needs ....or should he stay clear ? Would it do any harm ? I'll take punt that he'll be on it in the future , but perhaps I'm wrong . What do you think

Hi, new to the forum. I've been thinking about getting another trials bike for a while now so I thought I'd get some advice before I part with some cash. I've had a couple bikes in the past, first had a beta rev 3 then a gas gas txt250. Really enjoyed riding them but all my mates ride motocross and its not much fun riding with about with them! So I sold them in the end. But I've been riding a few enduro events recently and want to get into trials more seriously because it might help my riding?? Is it worth joining a club and doing events? And is there any in Devon in the uk? And what's a good bike to be looking at in the £1-1.5k area? Any help appreciated

Jitsie have done a short video with Doug and his four SSDT winning bikes, mud’n all. This got me thinking, what other winning bikes are still out there past or present? What’s the oldest, which bike has the most wins to it’s registration etc? Be it SSDT, nationals, internationals. How many are ridden and how many are in museums/private collections? Before anyone lists their modern bike’s club trial victories for the last 5 years...... don’t!

I'm after a good Trials jacket for the winter months, doing a few road trials so it's got to be quite warm and longer in the body than say a paddock type Jacket. What are the Hebo Jackets like? any ideas?

Evening all, I have always wanted a little project but never get round to it. I would be looking for something that needs a bit of a tidy up and may be a little fettling. I fancy a nice orange fantic or ty mono. The tys pop up a lot of the time, your fantic 245,305's etc not so easy to find. Any body know of anything about? Also any body wanting to share their own experiences / views on projects they are doing / completed would be we one. Thanks

Hi all got a wireless apico hour meter on my Montesa 4rt with just 93 hours on it & its started to fade, ie battery running down does anyone know if you can change the battery like you can on the meters you wrap the wire around the spark plug cable doesnt look like you can for me Thanks Cookiemonster

hi there can anyone help? ive just got hold of a rtx 125 trials bike 2 stroke it was a non runner, told coil was us,fitted a universal 6v but no spark when i kick over and put meter on the two cables from (i think its the sater coil with magnets on crank ) i read 0-6v these cables go stright to the coil. am i missing points? or is this right? if i put 6v on to coil and switch on/off still no spark please can any one help ie with darwing,or advice kind regards wayne

There have been a few threads on the forums about whether to use a WM2 (1.85) or WM3 (2.15) rim on a rear wheel but i never saw a conclusive recommendation. Can anybody throw any light?
