Hey guys! Let me start off with the name. My name is Jason and The 26incher stands for Old school BMX 26 inch bikes. I'm kinda well known in the BMX community as a total tard and I'm sure that will show here. I need some help with a project I have. I have a Honda TLR200 that I tricked out a little. I'm looking for the smallest size rear sprocket I can find. I thought I found a 42 tooth on e bay last night but today I can't find it! I would really like to find something smaller like maybe a 32, 34 or 36. Also, has anyone bumped up the front sprocket to a 14 tooth? With the cover, it doesen't look like there is much room? My goal is top speed. Right now the way I have …

my name is tom im 18, i have a beta rev3 270, iv been trialing for just over 1 year and am hoping on entering some competitions,

  6. After about a 30 year hiatus, I am getting back into Trials. Things sure have changed since I used to compete back in the early 80's. I am afraid I may be a bit long in the tooth for to learn the new style of riding. However, I hope to compete in vintage events in the Kentucky, Ohio and Tennessee area. At the moment I am rebuilding a basket case Kawasaki KT 250 which was given to me. Years ago I started on Yamaha TY's then switched to Bultaco Sherpa-T's. I had the opportunity to do a bit of riding in Ireland and Cornwall year's past. Looking forward to participating in the forum.

Hello Everyone, I am getting a bug for a Trials bike. I have ridden off-road bikes all my (40 years) life and would like to try something new. I have a line on a 2000 Gas Gas TXT 321 and would like to know if this is a good start. I weigh 185 pounds, 6'2" and am an A/B level off-road rider. Any opinions would be appreciated. I know this is a good bike - the 321 part I am not sure about. What do you think? Thanks.

Greetings all, I am in Logan, Utah. I raced motocross a lot when younger (ok, it was 25 years ago - I am 43 now) and have mostly been doing street bike riding since then. I always wanted to do some trials riding and just bought a Montesa 315R about a week ago. Of course, I have no clue what I am doing but have only looped it once and gained a lot (a ton) of respect for the bike - what a beast! Any practice advice would be greatly appreciated - I have been doing low speed figure 8s and set up some small obstacles in my back yard. For anyone living near Logan that wants to go riding - I'll drive! Cheers, Alan

Also If anyone could tell me of any local trials dealers for spares, clothing etc. If there is anyone in this area, it would be good to hear from you, as I dont have any biking friend…

  11. Hi all, I have just brought my first trials bike and moved to live in the french alps. It has great terain to play on but my bike has bad clutch drag, which does not inspire confidence for a beginner. I have had the whole clutch assembly changed and the master cylinder by the local gasgas dealer. Has anyone got any advice what the next thing to try is?

I have just bought a Gas Gas JTR 370, I took the bike out the other night and it developed a small knock. About 5 minutes later the whole engine seized solid, with no warning. i have taken the head and barrel off and the rings are okay and the piston is free. i was wondering if anyone knows what could of happened? i think a bearing or something has dropped to bits in the bottom end of the engine. thanks. Craig.

Allow me to dive head long into the fray. My name is Marc and I live in Westminster Colorado. After riding dirt bikes and street bike for 47 years, FINALLY just got my first Trials bike. I picked up a nice 1997 Beta Techno from my local Beta dealer and am looking forward to the huge learning experience that now lays in front of me. I promise not to start and Oil or tire threads and behave myself in a proper manner. Well OK that might be hard as I am also an ADVRider. I shall begin the search on this forum to start my learning and then start in with all the silly questions required from a n00b. Cheers. Marc
