The Plonkers Trials Club is proud to announce that our very own Plonkers member will be competing in X-Games tomorrow. Ryan "SANDYPANTS" Sandoval was born into the Plonkers famlily and grew up riding and competing with us. Look at him now!!!! Isn't it amazing what MotoTrials has done for our riders??? Just watch the X-Games to see the talent that So CA has produced.

According to Arbiton ratings, with 12.85 million viewers per-week for America's Got Talent, Pat and Phil have given the motorcycle without a seat it's largest audence the bike has ever seen. Amazing numbers. The guys are now in Hollywood and will perform again July 19.

FOX clothing has stepped up with the assistance from Steve Storz to outfit our Team USA in the Trial des Nations event at Tolmezzo, Italy. The team members will all be attired in the same style and color of gear giving a further professional team appearance. We are very thankful an industry leader such as FOX has recognized the Team USA Trials accomplishments. Here it is again. Every year I do the 4th of July Parade in my town. It is really a big hit. This year everyone asked were you on Americas Got Talent? HMMMMM Im to old and fat to be on that show. But goes to show how many people watched the Smage Brothers and how they made an impact on trials. Cody came out and did an afternoon parade with me and put me to shame, even I was speechless. I will try to put some video up of that. The crowd was going nuts with his riding.

The American Motorcyclist Association (AMA), in partnership with the North American Trials Council (NATC), has announced the men's and women's teams for the 2011 Trial des Nations in Tolmezzo, Italy, on Sept. 18-19. While Chris Florin and Keith Wineland were the national tv pioneers a few years ago, tonight on America's Got Talent, the Smage Bros. try to impress Sharon Osborn, Howie Mandel and that windbag, Piers Morgan, in New York. Any predictions?

Young Patrick hit the ground running today to take the penultimate round in the US Pro Series. He can relax tomorrow in the final round. (Like he ever lets up?) Good to see Will Ibsen in the list today, taking a solid third after Cody. Seems he ain't lost much riding skills while in school!

Pat takes round 5 from Cody with a 26 to 41 score. After 2 loops Smage totaled 11 to Webb's 22. The pro shoot out also had Smage prevail 15 to 19. Pat had trouble with shoot out section 4, taking two 5's. With two second place finishes, or better, I'm calulating Patrick will regain his #1 plate, then hang up the helmet and boots, riding off in the sunset of fame to fortune on America's Got Talent.

Just got a phone call from Northern Norm. Back-to-back wins in Pennsylvania for Smage. He says one more victory in Tennessee and Patrick will regain the #1 plate.

I hope he can get an OSSA ride or something soon. Riders were given one point each for their finishing order in Saturday's "Prologue". Cody was first on Saturday and therefore started Sunday with one point.
