    New Ossa

Honestly I'm not making this up... The bike is not THAT special... it has a usd fork by Marzosschi, made in collaboration... it has injection which doesn't cost a fortune either and the frame and swingarm are probably cheaper to manufacture then for example the frame of a Montesa which is full casted alloy. Trust me, the price won't differ too much from a Gas Gas...

    New Ossa

Trust me, they are not 'taken'... The production is worldwide limited to 1200 bikes, and whether it will become available in your country depends on whether a distributor wants to shake out the cash in advance... If the distributor does not stock up let's say 10 - 15 bikes, there will be no Ossa in your country. If he decides to stock up 5 and you're number 6, you're out of luck and you must wait until next production year.... I think it's ridiculous but it's probably a way of Ossa to protect the investment.

    New Ossa

From very good source I must say that the Ossa will be produced, production will start mid 2010. Production is limited and it all depends on how many will be imported to your country. The price will be similar to a Gas Gas TXT 300 I think. It looks trick but don't forget that it also shares a lot of components that can be found on other trials (AJP, Hebo, Marzzocchi...) and it is produced in Spain so it won't cost a fortune. I'm pretty confident that it will price wise be comparable to a Gasser 300... The only problem I see is not having a decent distribution in the country ;(
  4. Hi Stork, Thanks but how do I clean it, I tried the search but didn't find anything. I found some stuff on the internet stating you need brake cleaner and stuff like that... ? Thanks, Dominique
  5. Hi Everyone, Thansk for the replies. I already found the 2002 manual, it's fine... I'll look a bit better next time lol :-) As for the gas I think I have the black one, I'll check tonight. Is the kind of throttle such big difference??? I use the correct mixture and yeh you're right after heating up the sucker he runs better :-) Cheers, Dom
  6. Hi, I'm new here, from Belgium and loving my Montesa Cota 315 R (year 2000). Unfortunately I'm not desperatly seeking Susan but desperatly seeking the PDF manual (workshop) for my bike. It seems impossible to find. I also did not get the manual when I bought my bike (secnod hand). I already replaced the steering head bearings, fork oil (my god what a difference) but now I need to replace the rear wheel bearings and some other stuff... Can someone help me? Also, my Monty is very nice, but the throttle is a bit erm, woosh now and then... I'd like it to be snappier... I checked reed valves etc but they are in excellent condition. Also checked and cleaned the carb and that's perfect condition as well. Any suggestions? Thanks, Dom
