I know it's a very long shot. But I'd planned to go riding tomorrow but my bikes water pump has gone and replacement hasn't come in time. Is there anyone in the midland area who be interested in hiring their bike out for the day?? I would leave a cash deposit along with my drivers licence. The bike would be looked after and ridden very very respectably.
If so please give me a call asap 07740361069 please leave a message if I can't answer
I'm based in Lichfield and will heading earl shilton way but I'm willing to go out of my way if needed
Regards James
"fingers crossed"
Many thanks for the reply Chris, that makes a bit more sense to my simple mind now. The first time I tryed to fill the rad i did end with a milky pubble from the tube. Where/how do I go about checking the oil?
Regards
K now I'm confused. My problem at the minute is that I can't fill the rad up. So I've popped the plastic cover out of the frame and cap off. Then when I poor the water in it is running straight out of one the little pipes by my the swing arm.
Any ideas?!?
Hi there very new to all this, so this might seem like a stupid question, but here goes!
At the rear of the bike just by the rear swing arm there are 2 small "overflow" pipes. At a guess is one for fuel? What's the other one for?
Thanks in advance
did a search and found some info/guide to bleeding the front brake. But can't find any info on what kit i need to do it. or where to buy the bleeding kits?
is there a way of getting all the replys to a topic on 1 screen? at the minute i have to click on every different reply at the bottom of the screen. takes ages!
