Well basically even though I was only replacing the gasket because of a small leak when I put it back together the clutch basket was grinding the clutch case it had moved out buy approximately 3-4 mm I can only images the center nut had worked loose and using he kickstaet to line up the water pump made the basket move so I followed he advice on here and all is well I also had a small leak on he waterpump brass bush / drain the washer was squashed ,so made one out of a milk carton will order a real one on Monday but does he job !

Hi I have a gasgas txt pro 2008 can any one help ? I have just fitted a new clutch cover gasket as I had a leak and now the bolts on the clutch basket are grinding at the clutch cover . The gasket is the same thickness and the washer and bearing are on correctly also the washer on the kick start is in place .

Hi a friend of mine has an 2003 gas gas 280 that needs a fork service I have found parts diagram by searching on here but no oil quantity's ! I would be gratefully if anyone can help also he is no lightweight 6 foot 5 and 20 stone so recommendations welcome on oil welcome .

Hi I have just changed my bike 2002 scorpa for a gas gas I am very impressed with the upgrade . Does anyone know the best place to get some good quality carbon or carbon look engine casing guards for both sides ?

Hi I'm new to trials . I have got a Scorpa sy250 2002 . First trials bike enjoying it live near the bottom of Fish Hill so plenty of practise sites but would be glad to hear of any new ones .
