thanks stork any ideas on why mine takes a while to start

hy throttle is ok and ive just set rpm to 1800 from the throttle body its strange

hy its a 05 its not bad its just anoying where as my mate has a 05 and he just lightly steps on his and it gos mine im forever kicking it and then eventualy it gos iv changed sparkplug ect

i ment fully reset but ye this sounds normal not to start first kick is it as i have to proper kick mine but if i wind throttle back and release then kick she runs so this normal

DOES ANYONE NO HOW TO RESET ECU ON A 4RT AS MINE TAKES A GOOD 5 OR 6 GOOD KICKS TO START AND IT HAS HAD NEW SPARK PLUG ,AIR FILTER, FRESH FUEL AND IDLE SET AT 1800RPM BUT STRUGGLES TO START SO THOUGHT ECU MITE NEED RESETING REGARDS STE

hy i think iv cracked it its one full revalation thanksw guys

hy guys does anyone no where i can get hold of some oil for my 4rt (honda ultra s9 or repsol 4t)also (elf htx740)

hy yes just wrap wire round ht leads but i have to set the tachometer up it has 4 settings 1 for a full revalation 1 for 2 sparks per revalation and others wich one do i need for a 4stroke 4rt regards ste

hy i have just got a small tachometer to test the rpm on 4rt it says connect to ht leads but not sure exacly where to connect, just figured that out now the only prob setting the tach up it says spark revolutions what is this i dont have a clue

best thing to do invest in some tyre soap because fairly rots rubber also when putting tyre back on take the valve out and use compressor until it bangs and all beadings back in then jobs a good en .

sorry to be a pain can you describe step by step how i should do it ive tryed it that many times and different ways regards ste

hy i recently posted problem about putting new seals and pistons in front ajp brake well ive finally done it i used fairy liquid as lube but i think it mite of made it worse as it wont bleed now,everything is sealed ok just wont bleed could the fairy be creating air bubbles , does anyone have any good ideas to bleed brake regards ste

sorry i ment a cheap one but ye your true in saying cheap wont be accurate , i dont no anyone with a 4rt or id of tryed that , so are these tiny-tachs worth a buy and how much regards ste

does anyone no where i can get a rpm meter to fit my montesa 4rt to set the rpm at 1800

hy no my problem is i can put the seals in neatly but when i put the pistons in they just wont go past the seals ive used brake fluid for lube but still no good

basicly pop the pistons out and take the seals out without damaging them and the grove they sit in make sure there perfectly clean and no scaws or scuffs then replace back in thats the only way then wen bleeding keep the pads out and check the pistons for leaks if not its just traped air .

i got a easybleed kit that connects to a tyre and modified it to fit bike and that bleeds bike perfect well worth

hy im having a nightmare with my ajp front brake on montesa 4rt ive gone to change the pistons and seals but i cant get them in without damaging the seals ive fully cleaned the caliper and used brake fluid as lube but just no luck ive never had this prob before ,i bought 3 kits each costing

oh great thanks ill try some what atf is it and can you buy it from ebay , one other thing any tips on putting new pistons in front caliper i did back break perfect but front one is really tite and iv already nackered one set of seals regards ste
