Jumbo's came with Betor forks and yokes 35mm on the earlier models and then 38mm on the later ones Ian

Nice one Ross ...... Lol how did you know i had run out !!!

Standard size 340mm , I had some 360mm on Jumbo 350 but bike looked too high at rear compared to 320 Jumbo (both work okay)
Now running 350mm with hard springs on my Jumbo 350 , bike sits right and they work really well
hope that helps

Made my own plastic backing , covered in yellow and then the black decals added .......

I have had a carb built by Eurocarb (Dellorto UK) for the Jumbo I had the same thing no such thing as the sx200 needle, I had to use a X2 needle, is that correct an X28 needle, if so I will get one ?

Cheers Ross, had an idea it was a sock, will try In Motion

Does anyone have any idea what they look like ?
Or what to use instead ?

I got the tank from Woody, put it on my 320 , the sandblasting was a great idea, tank and badges are still in very good condition,

Motosing83 I have a tank just like that one ! like a dull rough finish and same badges? its not like my other two they are smooth..
....

Looks Really good, thinking of the same rear shocks for mine :-)

Nice one , I know I have one side for sure, will have a look and send you an email , Jumbo ones crack all the time......

Like the silver frame on the 320 Jumbo!!

Some Jumbo ones would be nice??

Looks good Ross, you should go into production !

Like Woody says it has to be one of the most powerful air cooled trials bikes ever built
The clutch can be a problem getting used to especially after using a modern clutch
Mine is now standard timing, reed cage fitted, flywheel weight fitted and a brand new carb jetted for the reed cage
Its amazing and makes me smile every time I ride it !

Dellorto Uk / Eurocarb will build the carb to your requirements,
a new carb will make a differance

The Jumbo clutch arm set up works really well on both 350 and 320 engines

If it was July it would be the Alan Jefferies run by the Bradford and District MC
Really good trial and a great day out

Would this be the first ever water cooled trials bike?

			Sent you a message,
I would not get away with having 4 bikes .....
I have the 320 above and a 350 Jumbo, the 350 is tidy and well sorted all it needs is the frame and engine painting at some point

Lost track of hours, on and off took about 18 months
Its a guy I got to know really well, bought a few things from him now, seen pictures of gear lever so I know what I am getting
He makes the replica chain guards
What SWM do you have?

grips better than my old beta rev 3, riding position okay, brakes very good for drum brakes, will know better when I ride a trial Paul
feels lighter and small than the 350 for some reason?
Before you say it I hope to ride the Jefferies in July this year

Yes, 1984 model, footrest position is standard on this one
