hi, i have a ty 250, its been fitted with new clutch plates but when put in gear in morning it puls forward with the clutch in when warm theres no problems? The adjustment on lever is right out, so were do you adjust the clutch? Thanks,,

Hi, on my TY250 mono i used Hammerite smooth red, it turned out really well but i dont know about how good the colour match is to the standard red as mine was white aswell! Hopes this helps

Hi, any ideas how you fit a kickstart shaft on my ty250 mono? Do you only have to take the kickstart side casing off or do you have to get in from both ways? Thanks,

Hi, as above just wondering how much gear box oil my ty 250 mono will need? I also have a problem with the kick start not catching all the time, is there any way i can fix it cheaply, i heared it has a sort of spring clip to make it catch? as i got the covers off for a clutch rebuild? Also when new clutch is fitted to you have to adjust anything in the enigine or the only ajustment on the handlebars? Thanks, for any replies,

checked the wires 2day and there are 5 goin out of the casing 3 of them goin to spark plug relay thing and the kill switch 2 others are tapped up under the bike by the carb but when started there is no power to the 2 wires?

Hi, want to know is there any way of finding if my ty has the wiring for a front light? There are 2 wires taped up under by the carb and wondering what these are for any ideas? AS i plan to fit a light to the front, so wondering how to go about it. Thanks, for replies

Hi, as above i have a ty 250 and when trying to start it sometimes the kickstart doesnt catch and it goes straight to the floor like theres nothing there? Ive heard theres a spring thats common to go on these bikes? Thanks, for replies!

Hi, all new to the forum, ive just bought a ty 250 trials bike dont now the year, but i think it needs new clutch friction plates as the bite is right at the end and sometimes its not going into gear if changing fast if you take your time it goes in fine? Just wondering if its an easy job and the cost? Thanks,
